Everything was excellent, magnificent location so close to shopping stores, historic center and restaurants, markets, and shopping stores, very very helpful staff. Stayed in big standard double room with a bathroom. The breakfast offered was satisfactory with 4 different option...

The location lacks safety, especially at night!!! The cleanliness needs attention with basic supplies like toilet paper not replenished!!! Lastly, the noise from nightly parties disrupts any hope for a quiet stay!!!

the room was a bit stuffy without air con, but the cozy patio was perfect for chilling out. the location is prime, just minutes from local attractions. plus, the free water and snacks were awesome for hungry travelers!

Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom, the large bathroom was very clean and the staff was helpful with any requests during our one-night stay.

Solo traveler oasis

This place has very nice vibes! The staff treated me like family, especially a guy named Freddy, who shared his favorite local spots to eat and hang out. The communal events they set up made feeling lonely impossible, you just step outside and find someone to chat with.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience made it worth every penny.

The staff, especially Ale and Sofi, created a friendly environment, made meeting other travelers easy. The cleanliness of the rooms impressed me, though the shower drainage could improve a bit. A good experience.

The atmosphere was lively, but the beds were uncomfortable and caused back pain.

This place had a great atmosphere for solo travelers. The private twin room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were quite accommodating when it came to organizing excursions. I was disappointed that the shower was often cold and the information about excursions was misleading, causing us to miss out on what we originally wanted to do. But overall, the experience was enjoyable and I appreciated the friendly environment and the cozy common areas.

During my stay, I loved the vibrant atmosphere with so many activities. The chilaquiles at breakfast were a delicious highlight. However, the hot water in the shower was inconsistent.

It's located in the histórico centro. The hostel is beautifully decorated, and the events staff really elevated my experience with nightly activities and a complimentary welcome drink. Everyone kept the common areas and bathrooms super clean, a nice touch!

It offers a fantastic selection of local dining options. the building and rooms are amazing, and having a bathroom is a big plus. the staff at reception and around the hostel are friendly and welcoming. the location is excellent, just a short stroll away from the Oh Canada eh Dinner show.
